I really have no meal plan for this week (or the next). It is really hard to cook for one person. Chris is out of town for 2 weeks so it's just me and the dog! When he goes out of town, I eat a lot of things that he really doesn't care about. The people behind me in the grocery store check out line probably thought I was gross. My cart was full of...
- Strawberries
- Green Peppers
- Green Onions
- Spiced Cake Mix
- Sour Cream
- Hamburger Buns
- Bread
- Halloween Socks (it is crazy sock day at school tomorrow)
- A few other random items
Tonight, I had baked beans, corn casserole, and sausage with bbq sauce. It was amazing! For desert, I had spiced cake with confetti icing.
Tomorrow is a friend of mine's birthday and I am going to an early dinner with her at Fogo De Chow. I also have a meeting after school tomorrow and they serve a light dinner, probably sandwiches, but I doubt I will be hungry.
The rest of the week I plan to have left overs from tonight, Manwhich's, chicken nuggets with tator tots. Definitely not counting my calories this week!
Sorry my menu is so boring. What is on your menu this week?

this is actually the first time in a while I'm cooking for real! I made turkey parmesan with oven baked squash/zucchini and I plan on making deer chili later this week!I'm excited to see how it turns out
It's totally understandable to not make a meal for just one, I sure wouldn't! haha
I've been making tons of root vegetable roasts lately. They're so easy and yummy!
My menu is always boring. I'm trying to spice it up.
I am a new follower :)
Feel free to pop by and say hello ;)
I am a new follower. I struggle each week with planning meals but this week I feel pretty good with what we're having!
Your dinner sounds delicious! I don't ever have a meal plan, which is probably not a good thing, I usually just toss stuff together with what I've got. Hoping by following you, you can motivate me to plan my meals :)
